NEW ZEALAND CITIZENSHIP PROGRAM FOR INVESTORS
What is New Zealand Residence by Investment?
Different from other countries, New Zealand citizenship by investment is actually not possible to obtain. There are, however, residence permit programs in the country for foreigners who invest from 3 million New Zealand dollars in the country’s economy. In recent years, NZ immigration authorities have increased the number of foreigners who possess New Zealand citizenship. Once you have fulfilled the conditions specified by law, you will receive the right to live and work in New Zealand.
What kinds of visas are there in the New Zealand Investment Program?
New Zealand offers a variety of residence visas that allow investors or their family members to visit and work in the country.
There are two types of investor visas: Investor 1 and Investor 2. These programs will help you acquire a residence permit, which enables you to live, work, and study in New Zealand. Applications under these programs can include your spouse and dependent children aged 24 years or younger.
